Kale Crisps

Simple, Green and Delicious! – Thanks Julia for reminding me…

Take the tough stalks from the kale and chop into mouth-sized pieces. mix with a small amount of olive oil and (pink) salt.  Bake on a tray in the oven, on the lowest setting (about 50 degrees) for 45 – 60minutes.
