Dandelion “Wine”

Finally, I have got around to bottling this less than salubrious amber liquid.  This syrupy concoction has been looking dodgy in the demi-johns since the first warm days of summer 2013 when thousands of dandelion heads were picked, mushed and mixed with yeast and such like.  It doesn’t taste like wine, more like sweet sherry, but it definitely has legs and will keep me warm through the wettest winter for 250 years.
